Overcoming Negativity

Trauma, tragedy, devastation, loss, burnout, panic, and fear— these are words of negative drama. Many people utter them daily, and countless individuals think and respond to life in a context of negativity. This can change for you.
    Please don’t take offense at my challenge. I care deeply for people.  My intent is not to condemn, but to help you. So, how do you help yourself and others who describe their circumstances as fearful, devastating, dysfunctional, exhausting, or paralyzing?
    I have helped hundreds of people with these issues by challenging them to question their beliefs, shift their mind, and reshape their perceptions.  Circumstances cannot always be changed.  Feelings are basically a product of our thoughts. What can change is your language, which expresses and defines your thoughts. A change in thought will lead to different responses, which produces different results.
    You, my friend, have the power to choose your actions, your language, and your thinking. You can learn to experience the power of the present moment by letting the past remain in the past and accepting the future as unknown. What you truly have is right now.
    As a coach, I help people learn to appreciate life in this present moment. The journey begins by choosing—today—to change your thinking, your language, and your actions.
