Simplicity on the Other Side of Complexity is Brilliance!

Coaching is about helping people change to better their life and organization.  Progress occurs when people act.  However, confused and uninformed activity can sometimes create more confusion.  What is better is a taking clear, simple steps toward a defined goal.

Clarity plus action equals the best result!  To get to clear choices, you often must work through complexity.  Complexity is that great uncomfortable place of learning.  Many people falter in a sea of complexity. If they had continued to push through the fog, they would have come to a place of clarity.  Simplicity is created by working through complexity! Then having clear choices breeds confidence, and confidence breeds action.

Today’s lesson sounds complex, but it is this simple:  Continue to work through your complexity until you come to a clear, simple choice, and then act.
