What prevents many business owners from breaking through the ceiling and achieving growth? Often, it’s the difficulty of letting go of the current way of doing things to reach the next level. As the owner and leader, you can become the limiting factor to your company’s success.
Now that you have the system and tools, the challenge is clear: you must release what you have so you can create something better.
The path forward requires mastering five disciplines: simplification, delegation, prediction, systemization, and structuring. EOS is designed to simplify your message, processes, structure, vision, and communication. You must learn to recruit, train, and delegate effectively—placing the right people in the right seats and addressing any people issues proactively. Planning and predicting every 90 days and beyond is essential, along with prioritizing based on the big picture. Document your processes clearly and ensure accountability and training so everyone follows them. Finally, structure your business around functions rather than personalities, enabling it to operate like a well-oiled machine.
The “how-to” has been answered. The remaining question is: Are you committed to doing it?
