Dave Beam has been helping people improve themselves and their businesses for over 17 years.  In this event, he is going to help you with your supervision, mentoring and leadership.  The concept of coaching to improve leadership, relationships, and communication is fairly new.  The coaching approach involves deep listening, respect, patience and boldness.  It's based on using simple, powerful questions to uncover root hinderances to achieving outcomes.  In this event, Dave will provide an overview of coaching and also some practical tools and applications.  This one will be helpful and fun for sure!
